He made this disclosure during a business and courtesy call by the MD/CEO of Dupine Properties, Mr Abiodun Medupin, to the MD and CEO Fendini Homes, Prince Laja Adeoye at Rayfield Gardens City Estate, Christopher Adebayo Alao Akala, GRA, Wofun, Ibadan, Oyo State and toured the site extensively.
Laja disclosed that the layout of Rayfield Gardens City was painstakingly designed to give the look and feel of modern abode in the way all the buildings were arranged stating that Bungalows, Duplexes and Terraces are in different sections of the Estate.
He said for instance, the three Bedroom Duplexes has two models, the Gerald roofing version and the flat roofing model, which gives subscribers the option for their desired homes.
