We are building a marketing army of about 10,000 strong and committed realtors across the country, who will undergo training with us and also be useful to themselves by becoming real estate brokers in the future.

How to Start

You can simply download our fliers, videos and other campaign materials on our Website, or social media handles @FendiniHomes and begin to upload and promote them on all your social media pages and statuses, or with the use of word of mouth to tell your friends, families and your contacts about our Properties.

How to close deal.

When any of our commissioned marketers get on any lead and needs to close the deal, you can simply call our office to help you finish up the deal on your behalf. Your commission will be paid to your verified bank account number supplied when filling the registration form online after any deal is deemed properly closed through our agent.

No marketer or agent is allowed to receive any fund on behalf of our company, and customers should be provided with Fendini Ltd bank account provided in the How to Buy section on this website.

Additional Offer

Any realtor or adjunct marketer who shows capacity in closing more deals with high rating performance will be provided with our company’s branded car to support their work after management assessment and approval.

Fendini Realtors Academy (FRA) is a training academy set up to train over 100,000 aspiring realtors across Nigeria, who are desirous of immediate change that can lead to their personal growth and can help them to join new league of millionaires, who will be earning in six figures.

Real Estate is one of the fastest growing market in Africa, due to the huge housing deficit in relation to steady population growth across Africa.

Aside the surge in the population growth, new home concept and designs keeps emerging from the creative thinking of Architects, builders, civil and structural engineers, making the demand for these smart homes to be on the increase.

In order for the smart realtors to know how to confront these changes when marketing real Estate products to their prospective buyers, they must be properly trained.

Our company is leading this change in Nigeria by creating course materials and trainings for those who wants to ‘learn to grow’ in Real Estate business.

The trainees will use a combination of online classes and face to face model to acquire new knowledge about how to market real Estate products. We will provide adequate kits for the paid services.

At the end of the training, the trainee called Fendini Realtor Trainee (FRT) will undergo field work, where they will perform “On the Job Task” for few months to expose them to the practical of what they have learnt over time and then be issued with a Certificate of participation.
