CEO’s New Month Message – September 2025
In his official New Month address, Prince Laja Adeoye, CEO of Fendini Homes, has encouraged Nigerians and investors to embrace September 2025 with faith, discipline, and bold decisions.
Speaking from his dual role as a business leader and social advocate, Adeoye emphasized that “every new month is not just a date on the calendar, but an opportunity to reset, refocus, and rededicate ourselves to purposeful living.”
On Wealth and InvestmentAdeoye reiterated his belief that true wealth comes from discipline, delayed gratification, and smart investments. He encouraged Nigerians to prioritize real estate as a wealth-building tool:
“It is better to sacrifice temporary pleasures today and secure lasting wealth tomorrow. Real estate remains one of the safest investments you can make for your future and generations after you.”
He further advised young entrepreneurs to stay logical, bold, and resilient in their financial journeys, rather than allowing fear and excuses to hold them back.
On Leadership and GovernanceTouching on leadership, Adeoye stated that Nigeria’s progress lies in programmes and policies, not propaganda. He stressed the need for governors to reduce dependence on federal allocations (FAAC) and instead drive internal investments and entrepreneurship to secure financial independence for their states.
On Health and Intentional LivingAdeoye also encouraged Nigerians, especially those above 40, to prioritize healthy living and lifestyle changes: cutting down alcohol, drinking more water, eating more vegetables, reducing sugar, and ensuring adequate rest.
“Wealth without health is short-lived. Be intentional about how you live, because longevity is as important as prosperity,” he said.
On Purpose and GraceReflecting on life’s bigger picture, Adeoye reminded Nigerians that there is a time to be born and a time to die—but the period in between should be lived with meaning, impact, and joy.
“Enjoy the unlimited grace of God this September 2025. Take bold steps, embrace wisdom, and live fully. The month is yours to conquer,” he concluded.
